Photography Exhibit/Happy Valentine's Day
Hey Space Heads,
Thomas Petillo will be featuring Twelve Big Prints at the FAMILY WASH on Sunday, February 8th. Each year or so Thomas and I try to take a trip together to photograph certain places for Hammock's artwork. I'm no photrapher, I just go to offer some inspiration and to learn. Anyway, some photos from our last trip will be featured in Thomas' exhibit this Sunday, including the cover photo of "Raising Your Voice... Trying to Stop an Echo." Thomas is a dear friend and an amazing talent so if you live in Nashville or will be in Nashville you should stop by and check it out. The reception will last from 4-6pm.

The Sleepover Series Vol. 1 is a record of beatless, ambient, atmospheric soundscapes. It's called Sleepover because it is extremely dreamy and contemplative, consisting mostly of ambient guitar with a few keyboards thrown in. Hammock has one track on the record, but the rest was written, recorded and performed by Marc Byrd.
